This is the best medical practice we have used in the last 30 years. The atmosphere is always cheery and all the staff friendly and helpful. The medical staff have all been informative and, as with our previous experience of the NHS, extremely thorough. We nearly always feel greatly reassured after attending for consultations.

Where do I start to extoll the virtues of this practice. It is easy to get an appointment either by phone or online or at the surgery. The reception staff, pharmacists and medical staff are unfailingly polite and professional. Appointments are rarely delayed by more than a few minutes. The waiting areas are cheerful and well lit. In all it is a pleasant place to visit if you need to. When I hear what friends and relations who live in other areas have to deal with when they need to visit a doctor, I am sometimes astounded and always very thankful just how lucky we are here.

We have found all of the doctors, the pharmacy staff and the receptionists to be extremely friendly, caring and helpful. We do not have any complaints about the assistance and help that we receive from our surgery, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have such an excellent practice. The only improvement we would suggest would be more parking, but realise that this would be extremely difficult.
